Refund/Shipping Policies
We ship items out as soon as possible, keep in mind shipping does NOT take place the same day you place your order unless we state that it is ready to ship. Due to COVID-19 we have extended shipping times 3-7 days. For preorder items please give at least a week for your order to be processed from the day it was placed, and an additional 2 weeks for items to be delivered to our company to ship out to you. If we anticipate a longer lead time, an email will be sent to you personally. If you have any questions about the time on specific items, please contact us at landaclothingco@gmail.com with your questions.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If you place a preorder you will receive your order anywhere from 14-21 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as your order has shipped. (this applies if order included preorder items, if not your order will ship anywhere between 2-3 days after placing order).
- After your payment is authorized, it can still take up to 5 business days to process your order.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4 P.M. or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service), it takes up to 2-3 days for customers to receive orders AFTER tracking number has been sent out.

LOST PACKAGES
Customers will be contacted VIA email with tracking information. If you input an incorrect address, we are not responsible after your order has already been shipped.
We aren’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable. If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
