In the beginning communication with customer service was great. Once my order was delivered i notice that only the outfit I purchased was delivered so i reached back out to customer service and was told the shoes was a pre order and I will receive tracking information in regard to the shoes, which i have yet to received. Ive reached back out serval times in regards to either the tracking information for the shoes or a refund and no one has yet to return my emails or message i sent on the company website!!
