Tears Sweatsuit

We ordered this product 4 weeks ago, it shipped after two weeks and we received it around 3 weeks. I sent a couple of emails to ask about shipping since it took a while and never received a response. Once the sweatsuit finally arrived we could see that the set itself is good material but the white flowers are a plasticy material that are already peeling before my son even had a chance to wear it. Very cheap looking for $100 in my opinion and unfortunately and my son does not want to wear it. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to return the sweatsuit. It took several days to get a response about my return. Once I did finally speak to someone I first was told there is no refunds and we can only get store credit or a new sweatsuit (which my son does not want) but since it is an issue on their end she finally said I could return it to the address on the label and pay for the shipping to do so. She also asked that I refrain from ever ordering from here again. That’s fine, I wasn’t planning to anyway, but I told her I no longer have the return address as the package with the original shipping label was thrown away and there is not one that I can find on the website. It has been 4 days and I have asked for the address two more times and I still cannot get a response.
